Shipping preferences: I really only ship the Master with the Doctor (using the term shipping loosely; the Master is still the Master, and likely to be an unrepentant asshole the whole time). Flirting with this character: Likely to work slightly better than the previous two, in that he won't physically harm your character. However, there may be snark involved.
Fighting with this character: If you fight, he'll fight back, so your character is likely to be injured/killed. Basically, it's the sort of thing that should be discussed first.

Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: The Master is a Time Lord and has natural defences against psychic powers, so it's unlikely that anyone else would be able to do something like that.
A note on canon points and AUs and the like:
I'm generally pretty flexible on canon points, given that the Master's dead or stuck on Earth quite a lot of the time. When threading with Ten (or earlier Doctors), I generally go for some vague post-LotTL AU where he's alive and frolicking around the galaxy, though I've also been known to do things with the Master being kept on the TARDIS. With Eleven, I opt for a post-EoT AU where the Master ended up on Gallifrey after attacking Rassilon, was imprisoned for a bit, and somehow managed to escape and fix all the dodgy resurrection nonsense (thanks Rusty). Yeah, I know it doesn't make much sense. It's okay, neither does a lot of canon.
(tl;dr: just do a bit of suspension of disbelief and don't ask too much about why or how the Master's alive.)
